Itsumo Hamachi is farmed in one of Itsumo Sashimi Facilities in Kagoshima prefecture, Japan. Kagoshima is known for its pristine water quality that provides ideal conditions for fish to thrive and develop a clean, natural flavour. Itsumo farms employ advanced techniques and focus on maintaining optimal conditions for farmed fish. One of the patents used in the factory is removing the blood from fish immediately after harvest. This gives fish a much sweeter taste and removes all the iron/metallic taste.
Itsumo Hamachi is rich in essential nutrients, including omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
