  • Our group manages the entire process from onboard vessel techniques and technology to safe catch, safe handling - chilling and super cold freezing, transport to proprietary Japanese ultra modern state of the art virus and pathogen mitigation sushi production facilities, microbiological testing, logistics to our Toronto safety assured and ultra clean Sushi plant, safety sealed trays delivered to customers.
